INA240-Q1: Distribution for the Vos

Hi, Team,

We got the data for the Max Vos as ±25uV in the table. But the fig showed as ±15uV. How about the distribution for the Vos? It is 6 sigma, or not?

      Hi Wu JW,  

     

          The data shown in the chart is based on n-number of production lots.  With n being an unknow number of lots. This chart is more representative of the TYP spec.  The max spec includes process variation and validation lot variation information.  Most unit will fall  within a lower distribution but some units/lots may be closer to the max limits.   All designs should be based on max specs to ensure expected results through out the life of the design.
