TL331B: Mass production schedule of TL331B-Q1

Part Number: TL331B

Hi team,

I have seen TL331B-Q1's datasheet at website but I couldn't find it at ti store. Whether TL331B-Q1 has been in mass production or not. If not, may I know when is it available? Thanks.

    Hello Feng,

    It could be as late as August.

    Originally the TL331B-Q1 was to be released a few weeks after the TL331B device, so the Q1 datasheet was released at the same time as the commercial.

    Because of the qualification, production and resource constraints of the past year, the Q1 release was delayed to make room for priority production material.

    The Q1 and the commercial are essentially the same device - same die, same package materials, same production test. The commercial just does not have the  Q1 "pedigree".

    So if samples are needed to test in the application, then they can sample the commercial device. Physically and electrically, they are the same.
