I want to know the harmonic distortion parameters of this amplifier for 4.7uH assembled in the TRF37D73EVM covering 1Mhz-50MHz，such as HD2 and HD3.

For these types of RF devices, it is common to measure Output 1dB compression points and Output 3rd order intercept point which is associated to third-order intermodulation distortion. These values and graphs can be found in the TRF37D73 datasheet.
Hi Sima, I used Tina-TI to simulate the TRF37D73. The simulation results are shown in the figure below. The second-order harmonic distortion is only -80dB And I actually tested the harmonic distortion,the result is shown in the next figure,The second-order harmonic distortion is -63dB. There is a big gap between simulation and actual testing .I want to know what is the reason for this result.And what should be done to reduce the impact of harmonic distortion
The simulation will give you distortion values; however, these will be incorrect since our models do not include harmonic distortion. Thank you for sharing the result of the actual test. I found that we do have some internal data on harmonic distortion for TRF37D73 which I can share with you offline once you accept my friendship request.
