Dear Expert

As 8D report result ,this INA213 is failure reason is EOS ,the return unit was decapped and degraded molding compound was observed on Pin 4 (IN+) and Pin 5(IN-).

Could you give some advice about how to aviode this EOS problem.

    Hi Gabriel,

    It is possible that switching to INA213B or INA213C will alleviate the problem.  There is an elaboration in the datasheet:

    Alternatively, external protection can be adopted, please refer to section 7.4.5 for recommendations.
