TLV9002: DSBGA YCK Package Drawing

The datasheet does not have the DSBGA YCK package shown.  Can you please supply the package drawing and update the datasheet?

Hi Carolina;

This is not the mechanical package drawing which is required by design engineers to design in the part.  The mechnical package drawing needs to be added to the end of the datasheet, like all those shown on datasheet pages 43-86.  Please attached the full package drawing to this E2E thread.

The drawing supplied does not have the external dimensions and tolerances shown for dimension "E" or "D".  Can you specifiy these dimensions and tolerances?

Since this was handled internally, I will go ahead and close the ticket. 

As an external answer, the datasheet will be updated with the mechanical drawing once the package is released to market.

HI Carolina;

It would be good to hold this open and attached the drawing to this thread with a reference to the datasheet for final design information.  The TLV9002SIYCKR is "Active" and is released.  This is released to market.
