Can OPA376 as comparator ? Are there any concern to use OPA376 as comparator ?

    Yes, you may use OPA376 as comparator but please be aware that the maximum input voltage offset, Vos, of +/-25uV applies ONLY for the input common-mode voltages, Vcm < (V+)-1.3V.  For Vcm closer than 1.3V from positive rail the maximum Vos=+/-2,500uV - see below.
