Dear Sir/Ms.

My customer uses STM's LMV321 on his product. We want to replace LMV321. We recommend TLV9101IDBVR, but customers require P2P and need to withstand the input spike voltage of 6V. Can you suggest a P2P replacement parts ?

The LMV321A and LM321LV have this pinout and matching absolute maximum ratings.

Hello Clemens,

My customer originally designed TI LM321LV, but it would burn out putting it on the machine. So it was replaced with STM's LMV321. The reason is that the absolute voltage of ST's LMV321 is 7V.

Is there any other IC that can be recommended?

What is the impedance of this 6V spike (peak current)? What is the VCC when this happens?

Hi Kami,

I would take a look at TLV6001. It has the same pinout & matches the maximum supply voltage rating, but just so you know, there is only a small quantity of Small T&R left in stock in the TI Store.
