TS321: TS321IDBVR Input offset voltage questions

Part Number: TS321
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM358B, LM358-N, TLV9001, LMV321A,

Hi Support team

1. My customer would like to know the min input offset voltage spec in TA = 25 deg C

is this possible to provide that?

2. Does Input offset voltage have a temperature coefficient?

thanks a lot

  • 1. The maximum is ±4 mV; the minimum is 0.

    2. The most similar devices for which this information exists are the LM358-N, which specifies a typical input offset voltage drift of 7 µV/°C, and the LM358B, which does not appear to have any typical value:

Would it be possible to replace it with a low-voltage CMOS device like the LMV321A, or TLV9001 (different pinout)?

  • Hello Red,

There are two different pinouts for TLV9001 , TLV9001U is the matching one. If you ask about offset then, I suggest finding a lower offset alternative. What is the needed VCC voltage?

I found low count sample data for TS321 that may or may not reflect the general population. It is common for older design op amps to have data that is not centered around 0mV
