The datasheet only provide the package outline.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can't understand why it is not being pulled into the automotive version of the device. I see the landing pattern in the commercial datasheet that you can offer the customer. I will try to get this addressed online as soon as possible. Here is the link (see page 26).
