INA196: High Temperature Option

Hey team,

I'm looking for a high temperature replacement for INA196, one that can work at 175C.

I'm aware of the INA271-HT, would this be a good replacement or are there more High Temperature options that I'm unaware of? I'm having a hard time finding a catalog of some sort outside of the high-temp filter in the Aero apps page.

Hi Marco,

Looks like INA271-HT is the only option, and we don’t have other high temp current sense amplifiers that are specified at 175°C or higher.

Not sure if you could follow up on this but the INA127-HT is a current device being used but the package size is more than desired. Are you aware of any alternative parts with a smaller package with similar functionality?

Just to follow up, could you clarify the package sizes of the INA271-HT and the availability of each? I'm aware of the AHD, HKJ, and HKQ packages, and I'm fairly certain the KGD (bare die) isn't desired at the current moment.

It appears the only available packaged options are HKJ and HKQ. The mechanical datasheets are listed here and here.
