Hi Koji-san,
Is it acceptable baking condition?
The baking temperature is correct, but I do not think that it will require to bake for 24 hours. A typical overnight baking at 125C is more than sufficient to drive away the moisture absorption issues for the molding materials, say 16 hours. Please make sure that the baking temperature is ramped up and cooled down gradually to avoid thermal shock.
I found that the following baking instructions are more specific or you may follow baking guide in IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020 documents.
If you have additional questions, please let me know.
Best,
Raymond
Hi Koji,
I personally wouldn't go above 100°C. I would choose 90°C:
