TSV994AIDT P-P replacement

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV9054, TLV9064, OPA4322

Hi sir,

Could you pls kinldy suggest if there is P-P solution to replace ST TSV994AIDT ?

Thanks a lot!

(Wide BW 20MHz, R-R, 5V, CMOS OPA, small offset, quad)

Thanks a lot!

  • Hello Sean,

Does the application require the full 20MHz GBW or the 10V/us slew rate of the TSV994AIDT?

If these parameters can be reduced, a P2P solution can be proposed. Included below is a comparison table highlighting the performance differences between the TLV9054, the TSV994, and the TLV9064. The TLV9054 is a close match to the TSV994 in most characteristics, with the GBW being notably less. The TLV9064 has 10MHz GBW, with a 6.5V/us slew rate compared to the 10V/us of the TSV994.

I am happy to review the application to better understand any device specifications which are required.

Let me know if you have any questions,

    Thank you,

    Jacob

  • Hi Sean,

there's almost never a 100% replacement. But the OPA4322 looks like a good candidate.

Keep in mind, that the TSV994 seems to be a decompensated OPAmp and needs a minimum gain of 4.
