Hi,

We do not currently have a PSPICE for TI model for the ISO224. We do however have the TINA model as Kai pointed out.

This video can also be used to convert a TINA model to a generic SPICE model. https://training.ti.com/how-convert-tina-ti-model-generic-spice-model
