Purpose of the "RNL" resistor made of "E" device in THS4531 Simulation Sch?

Part Number: THS4531

I know I'll catch it for this dumb question, but what is the purpose of the "RNL" resistor device in the AC Sim schematic of this FDA? It pretty much looks like a fake noiseless resistor to me.
