Hi team,
How much time does it need to recovery its output saturation?
We will use this device with large pulse input and then OPA857 output would be saturated. We need its recovery time between once saturation to normal output with very short large input pulse.
In addition do you have an idea how we improve or decrease recovery time duration?

Hello Ochi-san,
The OPA857 already has clamping circuitry internal to the device at the inputs of the amplifier. But additional clamping diodes at the input to the power supply rails would prevent overdrive recovery if the less than 25ns recovery time is not enough.
External clamping diodes can lead to lower precision in the amplifier due to the leakage current from the external diodes contributing to the input offset voltage.

Correct. It depends on whether you can use a standard silicon diode with low and ultra-low leakage current like the BAV99 or BAV199, e.g., or whether you must use a faster Schokttky diode (BAT17 e.g.), which can show a conisderable higher leakage current.
Again, a schematic was needed to give a more profound answer
