Hi Tomoyuki-san,
Here is a simulation in Tina. This is what you have:
1. Gain = 100kΩ/1.1kΩ + 1 = 91.9 V/V
2. The circuit common mode input voltage is configured incorrectly, which Vcm needs to be above 0V + 100mV or 100mV, when V- = GND = 0V. In order to have enough Vcm input margin at the low end, V- is configured to -1Vdc for the input of +/-21mV.
3. Your input constant current pulse is +/-600A @ 1kHz. This is equivalent to 21mV/600A = 35 uΩ.
4. Vref = 1V, hence, Vout = Gain*(Vin+ - Vin-) + Vref = 91.9*(Vin+ - Vin-)) + 1V, which it shifts the output upward by 1Vdc.
5. Vcc = 3.4Vdc, unchanged.
