Please advise,

Is there any Single-Ended to Differential amplifier such as the LMH6553 (for driving RF ADC),

with Limiting Clamp, but for higher BW?

Hello Max,

Unfortunately, the LMH6553 is the only FDA we currently have that includes internal output limiting clamps. However, this type of functionality can be done externally by adding Schottky diodes at the output of the higher BW amplifier to reference voltage/gnd. Here is an application note on clamping at output of the amplifier for protecting ADC. Also, we have a video series on protecting ADC inputs which can be found here.
