I am using INA240A1-Q1 for motor current sensing.
1. What is the type of opamp? (inverted/non-inverted)
2. When the current flow from IN+ to IN- by external shunt resistor , does VOUT of INA240 go higher than Vs/2?
In order to clarify the sign of current and voltage, it will be helpful with some figure.

As you can see for the resistor layout from the DS, this device is actually operating in a difference amp topology:
This means that the output will correspond to (VIN+ - VIN-)*GAIN.
Relating this to your second question, this means that if current flows from IN+ to IN-, then yes, the output will rise from Vs/2, provided that this is where you set your reference point. Current flowing in the opposite direction will cause output to tend from Vs/2 to 0V.

Because I use Capture PSPICE in my computer and Infineons TINA CLOUD, I didn't install TINA from TI in my computer.
Today I knew INA240 TINA-TI worked in the TINA CLOUD.
It will be nice if TI also provide TINA CLOUD.
