TLV9151: Drop-in replacement for TLV2370 - Shutdown different?

Hi,

on product page of TLV2370 there is a note that TLV9151 ist drop in replacement (pin to pin upgrade). But to enable TLV2370 the shutdown pin must be pulled HIGH (or floating). The shutdown pin of TLV9151 must be pulled LOW (or floating).

Is there another replacement of TLV2370 which is really pin compatible?

Hi Rene,

Does your design require a 16V supply like the TLV9151 offers? If it doesn't and only requires up to a 5.5V supply, would the TLV9051 work for you?

Hi Rene,

There are not very many high voltage amplifiers with shutdown functionality so our options are limited. The only other devices I could find in the same package as the TLV2370 are the OPA863 and OPA734. But they do not have similar performance or pricing.
