Hi,

My customer BENQ, they are studying the audio solution including DSP and speaker amp.

They want to have DSP which can enhance vocal, high\low band and 3D effect.

for speaker, they needs the regular protection like DRC\AGC.

project information is as below.

◎Model Name: EX1 , EX2 , EX3 , EX4 , EX5 ,EX6
◎Platform: RTK Scalar + 5W 2ch SPKER
◎Pilot run date(預計): EX1 /EX2 at 2021/12/E , EX3/EX4 at 2022/1/M , EX5/ EX6 at 2022 /4/E
◎MP date(預計): EX1/EX2 at 2022/1/M , EX3/EX4 at 2022/2/E , EX5/EX6 at 2022/5/M
◎End Customer: Gamer
◎FCST(by year): 4 models total 230K /year

by the way, can DSP in TAS2764 support the feature?

Hi Frank,

Perhaps TAS2563 is a better match for this application. you have different EQs available as well as DRC and speaker protection.
TAS2764 features IV-sense only, but does not have any internal processing features or speaker protection.

Hi Ivan,

it seems that TAS5711 has 3D ,bass boost, DRC and EQ.

Is this one better?

Hi Frank,

That should be OK as well, just make sure you have at least 8V voltage source required for PVDD.
