Currently, we use TLV9061IDBVR (not S version) but we can’t get TLV9061IDBVR.
Therefore, we consider TLV9061SIDBVR(S version) as an alternative.
Then we have two questions for S version.

Could you please let us know the /SHDN pin of Absolute Maximum Ratings(AMR)?
We can’t find /SHND of AMR in the datasheet.
We guess that /SHND of AMR is “(V+) + 0.5”.
Is my understanding correct?

In order to make it work the same as not S version(so we don't use /SHND pin. ), we are thinking the following circuit.
Could you please let us know if you have any concern?
