Our customer will include the evaluation module in their CAD models so he needs the overall dimensions (LxWxH). Aside from the length and width, he also need the total height of the board which includes the components.

1. What is the total height of the board and components with four aluminum standoff?

2. What is the total height of the board and components without the four aluminum standoff?

My apologies for misreading the your previous question. 

The board dimensions are:  2.85 inch (length), 2.35 inch (width) and 1.07 inch (height). Its weight is 55 g.

Thanks for the clarification.

- The full height of the EVM is 1.07 inch (including standoffs). 

- With standoffs removed, there's still a tall heat sink on the bottom of the EVM. Per its spec sheet, the total height of the heat sink is 450 mil, whereas the total height of standoffs is 625 mil. This means that with standoffs removed, the board height decreases by 175 mils, equaling 895 mil. 

This is the best estimate I can provide w/o having a physical EVM available to measure.
