Hi,
Is there a SPICE model available for LP358?

Parashar,
I don't seem to see one, but if you could please provide me with your intended application and requirements, I'd be happy to help you find a suitable replacement for LP358!

Jerry
Hi Jerry,
I am working on a voltage sensing circuit for a multi-cell battery. I am looking for an op-amp to serve as a differential amplifier. It should be able to support an input voltage >=21.9V and must have a supply current of 100uA as this is for a low power application. I am also looking for op-amps with low input bias currents and input offset voltage. The LP358 or LP2904 fit these requirements but I can't seem to find a SPICE model for these.
Thank you for your help in finding a replacement.

Parashar
Parashar,
Have you considered the OPA2170? Not as low power as the LP358 but exceeds the performance for input bias current and input offset voltage, with a wider supply range.
The spice model can be found here https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sbomab8

Hello Jerry,
Thank you for your recommendation. I shall check this part out and see if it will fit our needs. The supply current is definitely on the higher side but I might be able to work around that.

Parashar
Hi Parashar,
if the supply current is what counts, I would take the OPA2241/OPA2251. And if you need a bit more speed, I would take the OPA2244.
