no, the OPA2188 is CMOS. See section 9.2.1.2 of datasheet.

If we have OPA2188 internal circuit like following from LM258 .

As Kai pointed out, we do not present IC's internal block diagram anymore. LM258 uses the previous generation presentation practice; these days we use simulation model to demonstrate an op amp's functionality.
