My customer uses our Frequency to Voltage Converter in a Safety application.

Could you share what are the different failure modes and related distribution?

    I am reasonably certain that we would not release such information to customers because it is Company Confidential information. I am checking with our Quality Engineering department to get an answer.

    Hello TISL,

    I checked with our Quality Engineering department regarding any failure mode distribution information for the LM2907-N that might exist. They reviewed the request, checked and I later was informed that TI does not have the requested information.
