ISO224: Error in converting differential signal to single-ended

Part Number: ISO224
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA330, TINA-TI

I'm designing a circuit to acquire the voltage from a 6S LIPO battery (around 48V). The battery is used to power supply  an ESC Brushless Motor, so it is important to isolate the Acquisition System from the Motor Circuit.

The ISO224 requires to convert its output signal from differential to single-ended, so I'm using the first OP-AMP that I could get in my hands(OPA330AIDR).

So in my simulations, I tried to recreate the behavior of the battery voltage in the input of the ISO224.

The problems is, the voltage across the OUTP and OUTN from the ISO224 seems fine, but the output from the OPA330 seems very strange, it should be equal or very similar to channel 3 in the figure 3. Theoretically, the OPA is configured with 1V/V gain.

I'm using TINA-TI and the library components were downloaded directly from Texas website.

What possible am I doing wrong?

Edit:With the same circuit, if I change the amplitude/variation of Vin (The battery voltage), the circuit seems to work better.
