Hello everyone i am using INA219 current sensor(ADA_Fruit kit) with FPGA. When i used single INA219 i get all readings correct but when i use more than one INA and read there data via I2C bus.The current of only first sensor is read while voltages of all sensor are read correctly. Why i am not able to read other sensors current. If some one has any knowledge regarding that kindly do share your knowledge. • Hi,

Regarding correct voltage readings, do you mean both Bus and Shunt voltages read correctly?

When you say only current of the first sensor can be read correctly, do you mean the rest of them returned zero, or something other than zero but different than expect? If it is the former, it could be due to calibration register not set. I would make sure everything is done identically for all sensors, including settings.

If it is the latter case you could try swapping the “good” with any of the rest sensors. This should help identify if it is due to device issues. If device issue can be ruled out, then we could look into the directions of circuit and software.

In either case, I think you’re very close since you’re able to communicate with all of them and voltage readings are correct.

    Regards, Guang
