Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2365
Hello,
customer has to use OPA2365 (industrial) instead of OPA2365-Q1 because of delivery situation. Does both have the same electrical specification and where are the technical differences?
Regards, Holger

Hello Holger,
The automotive parts go through an AEC-Q100 (automotive electronics council) qualification process to determine reliability for ICs in the automotive sector.
The OPA2365 and OPA2365-Q1 has the same electrical specifications, the difference here is mainly in the package specifications such as thermal and ESD.
Thank you,
Sima
