LM2903: Difference between LM193DR, LM293DR and LM2903DR

Hi team,

Our assigned customer considers to use LM193DR or LM293DR instead of LM2903DR due to supply issue. I have questions about this.

1) Are these have same die? Just a difference at test process and qualification process?

2) What is the difference of characteristics other than the absolute temperature range?

We cannot discuss the actual internal differences in the public forum. I will contact you directly.

But suffice to say, the LM293 and LM2903 are very similar, but the LM193 does use a different die.
