Please tell me whether OPA2325IDGKT is doing I-Test or Vsupply Overvoltage test when doing the latch-up test.

Also, please tell me the applicable voltage during the test.

Does OPA2325IDGKT use both current injection stress and overvoltage stress as a test method?

When we do latch-up, we follow JEDEC and thus do current and voltage.
