Hello：

At present, My client has a project that requires DC bus voltage isolation sampling. The bus voltage is 300v-400v which requires isolation.

The chip is similar to amc1311 can be met, but amc1311 is always be out of stock. Please help recommend it,Thanks!!!

    Hi Jimmy,

    The semiconductor shortage is affecting many customers unfortunately. Any isolated amplifier with high input impedance could be used for a voltage sensing application. However some design changes may be necessary to account for the different input/output structures compared to the AMC1311. 

    AMC1411 will be most similar to the AMC1311 but it is in a wide-body package. 

    ISO224 (+/-12Vin) and AMC1350 (+/-5Vin) also have devices in stock on Ti.com. These devices have bipolar input ranges meant for AC voltage sensing. When used for DC voltage sensing, some of this input voltage range will not be used, resulting in a loss of resolution and the expected voltage calculation in the MCU code will need to be changed.
