Could you let me know the difference between OPA548TG3 and OPA548T ?
I think the only difference is lead finish.
Can customer replace from OPA548T to OPA548TG3 directly ?
Is their any concern they need to care ?

Hi Koji-san,
Can customer replace from OPA548T to OPA548TG3 directly ?
Based on the published OPA548 information, I do not see they are different in mechanical and performance sense. Certainly, they may be interchanged without issues.
Since the part numbers are different, they may have some variation in processing differences. Currently, I do not have the information. If you would like to know, I can find it out (may take a few days to acquire the information).
If you have additional questions, please let me know.
Best,
Raymond
"Same as" means that it is the same.
That suffix exists only for historical reasons: [FAQ] Why does a logic device's part number have an E4/G4 suffix? (G3 is even older.)

Customer needs official comment from TI that OPA548T and OPA548TG3 are same
and customer can replace from OPA548T to OPA548TG3 directly.
Could you give me comment on this forum ?

Hi Koji-san,
What sort of "official comment" do you prefer? I will get it for you, if you are able to be more specific.
As Clemens pointed out, the writing is listed on the OPA548T product page.
Best,
Raymond
