LF356: DAC Output Op-Amp Section with 8:1 Mux & Op-Amp TL082

Part Number: LF356

Hi,

Attached circuit diagram of LF356N/NOPB (Ref Des: U51) Amplifier used in my design below. DAC out is connected to this Op-Amp and the output is connected to the two Analog Multiplexer MPC508AP (Ref Des: U41 & U38). Again U41 is connected with TL082CP/NOPB Op-Amp (U39 to U43)and it is connected to Field P2 connector and U38. Again U38 is connected to U51 Op-Amp section. Please explain how it works and operation for the better understanding. Below are few questions. Please clarify the same.

1) MPC508AP is 8:1 Analog Multiplexer, but it is used as both Mux and De-Mux in the circuit diagram. Whether this Mux is Bi-directional?

2) What is the purpose of Op-Amp LF356N/NOPB and TL082CP/NOPB used in this circuit? I am not expertise in this topic so expecting the detailed explanation.

3) LF356N/NOPB Pin 1 and 5 is connected with Potentiometer, what type of tuning will be performed here?

4) RP19 (100ohm) and RP20 (10K) resistors is used with .01uF Capacitor? what is the purpose of this circuit?

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,

Karthick V
