OPA325: Datasheet question: Input bias current / offset current and test temperature range

Part Number: OPA325
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA397,

Hi there,

sometimes datasheets report several values for a single parameter acquired using different test conditions, e.g., the parameter is measured using different temperature ranges.

One expects that the max. value of a parameter rises when the temperature range is extended, see here for example the input bias of OPA397:

This is not the case with the OPA325

These values seem not logical.  I expect the test that applies a larger temperature range to report a max. value that is at least as big as a test that applied a subset of that temperature range.

How can the max value of IB decrease when the temperature range applied in the test increases?

Thanks.

Dan
