There’re several questions shown as below:

The maximum current of battery pack is above 1100A while the current shunt resistor used is 50uΩ. Howerver, the maximum input of AMC3302-Q1 is only ±50mV, which does not meet the demand(<60mV).
What would happen if the input voltage exceeds the maximum ratings(±50mV)?
How can we evaluate the system measuring error usually?

If the input voltage exceeds the maximum rating (±50 mV), whether the measurement accuracy will be compromised？

Hi Hangjie,

The specified linear input range of the AMC3302 is +/-50mV, and it will start to clip at +/-64mV. Your 1100A over 50uΩ would be 55mV across the shunt which is below the clipping threshold. The measurements at the 1100A level may be less accurate, but you won't damage the device.
