Hi guys,
three months ago our company bought about 9000 pieces of TLV27L1IDBVR, but it seems that the devices inside the reel are not the TLV27L1.
The devices shown an input bias current of 70/80 nA (nano-amps) instead of 1 pA typ, and they drown about 500 µA (micro-amps) of quiescent current instead of 7 µA typ.
I attached a picture of the reel and an image of the marking code (which on the other hand seems correct).
Do you ever find a fake device of TLV27L1? do you notice any differences in the marking?
The marking code is a bit different from the a real TLV27L1IDBVR I have recovered from a working device:
