I am looking for a comparator with low level absorption current up to 20mA output voltage up to 0.3V.
Please recommend the following materials for packaging

    Thanks for your post.  Sorry we didn't see your post until today.

    The devices with our strongest output stage are the LM393LV and LM339LV which have output sinking capability like this.  This is the best we have to offer.  They are 5V devices.

    The lines in a comparator datasheet will not show 20mA because that is not a common use case.  Plus, we are not very aggressive in specifying these numbers since this is not generally a critical design requirement.  I hope this plot across temperature shows how our devices perform.  Seems like this might work.
