OPA387: How can I purchase the pre-production parts?

I would like to order a few pieces of POPA387DBVR. The website shows that stock is available, but will not allow me to add them to my cart.

I tried asking customer support (online chat), and they were, unfortunately, completely unhelpful.

Hello Benjamin,

These devices just recently went online - it is possible the internal system is still not quite ready. I'll forward to the team this issue to make sure everything is set up correctly, please check again tomorrow and let me know if you are still unable to order them. In the mean time, if I get any news, I will respond back.
