We have Tina-TI and PSpice models/simulation examples located at this link. Section 10.1.2 in the LMH3401 datasheet goes over output noise analysis calculations for this part, but we also recommended simulating using the provided models.
The noise figure is relates to the signal to noise ratio of the device. It is 10log the ratio of the input signal to noise and the output signal to noise.

Noise Figure (NF) parameters are commonly used for integrated solutions. The input referred noise of 1.4nV/sqrtHz and input current noise of 2.5pA/sqrtHz for the device will help with determining the minimum amount of signal that can be detected as well.
