OPA4170-Q1: Different between OPA4170-Q1 and nonQ1 product

I have asked from my customer regarding difference between OPA4170-Q1 and nonQ1 product.

I recognize the difference difference between OPA4170-Q1 and nonQ1 product is specification of IB and Ios.
I reqognize non Q1 product(OPAx170) is all the same spec of IB and Ios, is it right?
Could you tell me why is different only OPA4170-Q1?

Apparently, the OPA4170-Q1 uses a different die with ESD protection diodes with a higher leakage current.

Hi Higa-san,

We have a difference as a result of the more rigorous qualifications done for automotive. To ensure we stay within spec we have the bias current at higher max rating.

If this bias current difference is a concern I can recommend you to some of our other automotive devices, such as the OPA4991-Q1.
