INA290-Q1: Could this device support uA level measurement?

My customer is requesting a device which can support uA level measurement, I am not sure if INA290-Q1 can support this requirement. Please help confirm, and if not, please provide another device which can realize uA level measurement. Thanks~

    Hello Jayden,

    The INA290 cannot support uA because of the input bias currents.  The INA190 could but it does not have the same specifications.  Why was the INA290 a consideration?  Speed, Voltage range are the key specifications that the INA190 cannot compete with.  More detail is required to see what would be recommended.
