INA280: Using INA280 test inductor current in buck topology appears distortion in output waveform

Part Number: INA280
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA281

Hi team,

I used INA280A1 to test inductor current as below buck circuit. I used 100mΩ shunt resistor to test the tringle current (green one), its frequency is 20kHz, peak value is 1400mA, and valley is 500mA. But the output of INA280 (blue waveform) has distortion in red circle. Could you pls advise on it? Why is it distorted?  Thanks a lot!

B&R,

Rayna
