Currently I plan to use OPA388-Q1 in CC/CI MODE application whether there will be any problem ?

Since CC/CI MODE application involves heavy filtering, I would recommend using a linear op amp like OPA320-Q1 or OPA376-Q1 instead of chopper OPA388-Q1.
