OPA2140: OPA2140AIDRGR (POPA2140AIDRGR) Exposed Pad connection (GND/-Vcc/floating?).

The datasheet of OPA2140 does not explain how to connect the Exposed Pad of DRG package (S-PWSON-N8). Should it be connected to the GND potential, -Vcc, or just left floating?

Hi Krzystof,

The OPA2140's thermal pad must be soldered to a printed-circuit board (PCB) and connected the most negative rail of the V-. If the single supply rail is used, the thermal pad is required to be connected to GND.
