LM358B: Maximum Output Voltage Swing

Part Number: LM358B

Hi team,

When reading the following linked documents, there are two questions:

https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sloa011b/sloa011b.pdf

1. VO ≤ + VCC – VR1 – VBEQ6 – VSATQ6 and VO ≥ – VEE + VR2 + VBEQ7 + VSATQ7

Isn't the saturation voltage drop of triode VCE voltage? If so, the VBEQ voltage should not be subtracted

2. Why  the maximum value that VBQ6 can reach is +VCC?  There is a current source between VCC and VBQ6

Best Regards,

Amy Luo
