Since max response time is not in the min/max column, we cannot provide a limit.

Propagation delay was extensively characterized over supplies, temperature and input overdrive, as shown in the graphs on page 13 (Figs 31 through 36).

We would recommend that they look at the graph that is close to their supply voltage, temp range and input overdrive, and take the worst case value and add 30% for variation.

If you just take the worst graph on the page at 1000ns, that would be 1.3us. For design guidance, I would use 1.5us max for a comfortable margin.
