OPA4316: OPA4316IPWR : Please advise on the Die code. we are seeing no TI logo on Die for this item.

Not all dies have a logo. There should be a multi digit die designator. If you tell me the code, I can confirm if it is expected or not. I can't directly provide the code. 

Why was die uncovered? Is there a problem that lead to this action?
