OPA277: What is the difference between OPA277U and OPA277UA

Hi, they only difference I can see is that the UA part numbers show a temperature range from -40 C to 85 C, while the U part numbers do not show a range at all.

Hi Alan,

The differences are mainly in grades. U or P part numbers are the high grade. PA and UA grades have higher Vos and other specification. Operating temperature ranges are identical.
