Hello Nadav,

The multi-compartment tray used for encapsulation has a bottom pattern. That pattern is visible on the bottom of the device. The tray bottom lives on.

In summary; it has no meaning, but it has a causation.

Could a difference in the shape of the caption at the bottom of the reeled component and the one packaged in the tube be a problem or concern?

Hi Nadav,

why not exclusively buing the chips from an TI's authorized distributor and just trust what you get?

TI and many other manufacturers struggle against product piracy and won't give you the information you hope to get.

No problem, as it doesn't affect mounting to a circuit board where no-one will ever see it again.
