Alternate part for INA194?

Hi,

We need an alternative part for the nil-stocked INA914AIDBVR...please could you suggest one? We see the LMP8640, and wonder how that differs from INA914?

(We note the extra leg, but its NC so its OK for us)

Hello Andrew,

Please verify the part number as there is no INA914 device. Do you mean INA194? It is a current-sense amplifiers just like the LMP8640.

Hello Andrew,

I would use the INA293A2 or INA293B2 depending on your pinout. Please make sure you select the correct pin out. For less accuracy requirements there is the INA281 They both are limited to VCM of -4V to 110V. The availability varies depending on gain and pinout.
